About Me

Empowering Individuals with ADHD to Thrive

My ADHD Journey

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 52. I know how hard it is to live with undiagnosed ADHD and the ups and downs after finding out.

Why I Became an ADHD Life Coach:

  • I found ADHD coaching very helpful.
  • It inspired me to train as an ADHD Life Coach.
  • I’m learning more about ADHD and how to help others.

My Goal:

  • Help people with ADHD or those who think they might have it.
  • Show them they are creative, resourceful, and whole.
  • Help them find their own answers

My adoption journey

Being adopted added another layer to my journey with ADHD.  Growing up, I often felt a sense of loss and confusion about my identity, which was compounded by the challenges of undiagnosed ADHD.  The impulsivity and emotional dysregulation associated with ADHD sometimes made it harder to process my feelings about my adoption.  Conversely, the experience of being adopted heightened my awareness of my ADHD symptoms and motivated me to seek help and understanding.  This dual experience has given me a unique perspective and a deep empathy for others facing similar challenges.  Please check out my blog post, Navigating ADHD and Adoption: Setting Boundaries and Finding Balance:
